The user agrees to read and comply with all navigation and safety rules set out in this contract. Staff have remote control systems and may stop the jet skis if any danger to other users or swimmers is detected.
Breach of safety rules will result in immediate withdrawal of the jet ski with no right to a refund. Any user who violates these safety or navigation rules will be liable before the competent Spanish authorities.
This activity is covered by Civil Liability insurance.
In case of an accident or damage caused by improper use, repair costs must be paid at the establishment.
If the key is lost, a charge of €25 must be paid at the establishment.
